At RHG Enertürk, we try to cover all open and newly created positions primarily with our Human Resources, and our employees. With our Career Management System, we aim to evaluate our employees by focusing on their potential, performance, knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with our principles, and to raise our employees with merit to upper-level positions based on the development of our employees.

We primarily evaluate internal candidates (company employees) based on vacant admin personnel and expert positions, as opposed to internal group candidates (group company employees) Applied by the Evaluation Centre.

As RHG Enertürk, we gather all our training and development activities under the roof of Erciyes Anadolu Academy. Erciyes Anadolu Academy offers various online (e-learning) and in-class training programs to enable our employees to improve themselves.

Erciyes Anadolu Academy is our digital training and development platform that enables continuous learning for our employees and has a direct impact on job performance.

We enable our employees to benefit from online (e-learning) learning by accessing them anytime, anywhere and with any tool from erciyesakademi.com.

Every year we organize in-class training, legal mandatory trainings and vocational training to support the development of our employees. In order to enable our new employees to adapt to the job more easily, we provide orientation trainings where company introduction and processes and systems are explained. We prepare Personal Development Plans for all our employees who have entered the promotion process, whether their appointment is approved. In line with these plans, we plan a wide range of training and development activities and implement them for our employees: online trainings, articles, books, movies, etc.
